Aufgrund des bundesweiten Veranstaltungsverbots bis zum 31. August 2020 muss der Baltic Soul Weekender 2020 abgesagt werden. Four Artists Booking Agentur GmbH und Dan Dombrowe begrüßen diese Entscheidung als verständliche und wichtige Sicherheitsmaßnahme für die Bevölkerung. Diese, bislang noch nie dagewesene Situation stimmt die Veranstalter natürlich traurig, auch wenn sie die politische Entscheidung zum Schutz der Bevölkerung nachvollziehen können und unterstützen. Alle Beteiligten haben lange auf den Baltic Soul Weekender hingearbeitet und sind ebenso enttäuscht wie die Gäste. Der Baltic Soul Weekender wird auf das Wochenende 23.–25. April 2021 verlegt und die Tickets/Reservierungen behalten ihre Gültigkeit. Billy Ocean, The Real Thing, Tito Puente Jr., DJ Jazzy Jeff und viele weitere haben das neue Datum laut Veranstalter bereits bestätigt. So traurig die Veranstalter die Absage macht, so sehr freuen sie sich auf einen beseelten Baltic Soul Weekender 2021. Sollten Gäste ihre Tickets zurückgeben wollen, sollen sie sich direkt bei der VVK-Stelle melden, bei der die Tickets erworben wurden. // Due to the german nationwide ban on events until August 31, 2020, the Baltic Soul Weekender 2020 must be canceled.
